37 WEEKS
This doctors appointment we improved. I am now 157 lbs and Lydia is still the same 28lbs. I am now dilated to 2cm, 70% effaced, and at a -2 station. I improved quite a bit this past week!!! Also I have had more steady braxton hicks contractions, pressure in the pelvis and some mild random back pain.
The babys heart rate was 134.
I'm so done being pregnant but at the same time I feel just meh!
Can't wait to find out the gender though!

36 WEEKS
We are in the home stretch!!! This baby doesn't kick/ jab much but likes to roll around and gets the hiccups a lot. The past two to three weeks my Braxton hicks have been strengthening and more frequent, but especially when I'm up and walking about.
I had my doctors appointment on tuesday. Lydia is a trouper at these appointments she knows where to go and everything. We each take turns standing on the scale (155lbs for me which didn't change from last week and 28lbs for lydibug) and going potty. In the actual room she entertains her self with books.
At this appointment we did the strep b test and I'll get those results soon. Dr. Craig checked my cervix and concluded that I am dilated to 1CM and about 50% effaced. Not only that but the babys head is low and i'm very soft/ ripe.
I'm in that zone where you are anxious and want the baby here but at the same time you can wait.
Heres a comparison shot between my two pregnancies and a shot from the beginning of this one..

Fathers Day
For Fathers Day I wanted to make Mitch a fantastic dinner, and I know he LOVES Shrimp so I thought Shrimp for dinner. In the end I ended up taking him to the store and let him pick out the things for his dinner and then he picked out a superman t-shirt as his gift. On fathers day he forgot to wear the tie I made him so He had to wear it to church today instead! He also ended up making his own fathers day dinner because I don't know how to cook shrimp and he is really good at cooking steak, I was incharge or the mashed potatoes :)
The day before Fathers day I had put a gift from me in the cupboard waiting for him to find it. It was a mug that said greatest dad ever. On fathers day after church I had Lydibug put on the t-shirt that was her gift, she walked into the living room and spread out her arms for him to see!!! It was adorable. Later she wanted to wear his shirt so she got to wear the super man shirt.
I Love this man so much. We continue to grow as a couple and a family, We are learning everyday how to be parents. I'm so excited to be bringing a new bundle into this family of three and see how we can grow even more.

ER Trip
After my baby shower we had a ward dinner party, while we were there Lydibug suddenly burst into tears and was complaining about her ear. We took her home and tried to clean out her ear but it started bleeding. We ended up in the ER that night. She was in so much pain!!!! The doctors couldn't see in her ear because it was so swollen and because she's had a couple past ear infections they suspected that her ear drum possibly burst. They prescribed her some ear drop medicine and she's been doing good every since. We'll see where we are at after her upcoming doctors appointment.
Baby Shower
A friend of mine threw a baby shower for me! I enjoyed it even though few showed up. We ate fruit and cheese and had good conversations. Second we played games, one of the games was to put a plate on your head and draw a baby, and another game was to see who could drink the juice from the baby bottle the fastest. We received some lovely boy clothes (in case it's a boy) And Lydibug got a cute stuffed dog. Two people gave us some money and we put that toward a new car seat with a lock off mechanism so it would work in our old car.

34 weeks
So I have not been very good at writing about this pregnancy so let me try and do a recap/ run down.
First trimester
I was extremely tired all the time after work and I was usually nauseous the first half of the day. Mitch was a trooper! He did so much cleaning, cooking, and playing with Lydia while I just sat around (or that's how I felt). I did not like however the smell or taste of onions and garlic. At the end of my first trimester however I did come down with the flu, So I lost some weight the first trimester.
Second trimester
I felt so dandy! I had more energy and a better appetite. My belly started to show at about 20 weeks and I started to feel baby around 17ish weeks. Once as I started feeling our little one it became quite clear that this babe is a night owl!! I slept fine but just more uncomfortably.
In this trimester I have craved lots of baked goods, i've made banana bread, several cakes and cup cakes, muffins, and brownies from work. We had our ultrasound during this trimester and got to see the babe. What a cutie!
Third trimester
Well it's not over yet, but so far I'm more tired and I pee a lot. I keep wanting to make rice crispy treats and muddy buddies. The thought of water melon makes my mouth water and the thought of chicken cheese rice makes me sick.
at my 32 week appointment I weighed 151lbs!! that's 10lbs less then I weighed at 32 weeks with Lydia!!! This trimester I brought some concerns to the doctor and she prescribed me some depression pills that I can start taking when I"m ready...... I'm nervous to take them. I'm still happy me but there are days where it just gets really bad.
The past maybe two weeks I've been having very noticeable Braxton Hicks contractions and they are so annoying at times but whats worse is the Lightning Crotch I get when I'm at work!!! ugh!!!
This pregnancy I have noticed that I might possibly be a little over worried about things. There was a time where I didn't feel the baby move as much but just drank some stuff and did some kick counts and the baby was fine. I keep having days where I realize I haven't felt the baby move all day and I really start to get worried, then i'll finally feel the baby move and second guess it. Like I said before this child is active when I want to be sleeping. Mitchel has finally felt the baby move a couple weeks back. I love when he gets to feel the baby too and I think he doesn't feel it enough.
