11 MONTHS
Holy cow!! Eden is WALKING and she has a total of 4 teeth with two possibly on the way. She is well mannered and still grunts. Eden is trying to form words and has made sounds like dada mama, quack (kack), duck (uck). When she is frustrated she clenches up her fists an arms and she grunts in frustration. Finally she is starting to have a taste for meats and poultry. I'd say her favorite foods are bananas and green beans.

My main squeeze
This post is dedicated to and all about my main squeeze.
Summer has started for Mitch but he continues to be a busy man. Lets start at the beginning of school. Mitch tried out for the BFA (Bachelor in Fine Arts) program here at USU and got accepted, woot woot! He is required to try out for every play and so far he was called back for each one. His school life consisted of going to school, play practice, and work on the weekends.
The first play he landed in was called "Cat On a Hot Tin Roof", this play was performed at a local theatre called "The Lyric". Mitch played as Doc Baugh, an old family doctor. It was a relatively small part but he played it well and I was proud to see him in it!

The second play he was in was "Twelfth Night by Shakespeare". Mitch played the Duke. This play was performed on campus at the "Morgan theater". I do admit this was a hard play for me because it was the first time I ever saw Mitch kiss another person. It dose not sit well with me but I support him in his acting desires and so i'm trying to see things more from an actors perspective.

Play number three was performed by the one of his special classes. They spent the whole school year creating/ writing this play and then got to perform in it. The play was called "Fear Not Beasts of Sand performed on campus in the 'Black Box Theatre", Mitch played MITCH the brother. This play was a difficult play for some to watch because in this play the sister is a drug addict, mom and dad are splitting, and brother abused sister. Although I must say this was his best acting yet.

Lastly Mitch has been working his bum off for a whole month in preparation for "Arsenic and Old Lace". This play is special because he tried out for it (not required by school) and landed the male lead role as Mortimer Bruster, because it is performed at "The Lyric" it is technically a job and he will be getting paid a big sum of money for his role. I CAN NOT WAIT to see this comedy!!!! I have been helping Mitch run his lines and I"m trying to become more involved in his acting, either with him or attending some of his cast parties so I can get to know his cohorts better. Thus making everyone seem like real people and not just who they play on stage. He will be kissing "Elaine" in this play so I feel like all this getting to know people has definitely helped me mentally prepare for that.
When school starts again he will be preparing to perform in a play called "Time Stands Still". I don't know much about that play except for that He plays an old man that has a very young girl friend. I'm sure it will be a hoot!!
I'm so glad to be here at USU with my main squeeze, he has grown so much, I've grown, our family has grown, and we will be here for another three years. Bring it on!
