For my big day we were going to use our gift card at Olive Garden but we both worked so instead we celebrated early on Monday.
On Thursday my actual Bday I got home from work and Lydia sang "Happy day" to me. I had lunch and then put her to bed, and Mitch walked out the door to work at about three. An hour later he returned. Poked his head in the door and said close your eyes. I was just so surprised he wasn't at work. He got me a card and a gift, after looking at them he says to me " get ready were late". So i'm getting ready for who knows what while he is getting Lydia. To my surprise he got us tickets to see Meet the Mormons and he took care of Lydia during the whole movie! Next he treated us to dinner at a new place called Cafe Sabor, which is located in an old Train station. Mitchel got us a good deal we both got burritos, a drink and fried ice cream!!
I LOVED my birthday this year! Now I will have to come up with some thing fun for Mitchels birthday.

On her actual birthday I took her to daddys work to have some ice cream and fries and that was about it because we both worked that day.
The coming Saturday we had a mini party, It didn't go quite as planned but that's ok Lydia had fun. first she played with balloons and bubbles with her friend and danced until the other friends arrived, that's when we did cup cakes, sang happy birthday and did gifts.

12 WEEKS

Already at twelve weeks! So far this pregnancy I have been very tired and nauseous, with occasional dizziness. I've thrown up once and don't have any food aversions yet but the smell of garlic is annoying. I started at about 140 lbs and at my doctor appointment today I weighed 133 lbs.

Speaking of my doctor appointment I went to this new doctor for the first time today and was surprised to find out I get an ultrasound. First the pap smear second the ultrasound and it was so nice to actually see the baby and know for sure that I am pregnant. Our little peanut is measuring right on track, has a beautiful heart beat and wiggles a lot. Next I scheduled the next appointment and talked with a financial adviser and waited to be called back again. I was brought to a different area where they took my blood, I was so nervous to do this part!!!

Right around the beginning of fall I started a Jillian Michaels 30 day challenge, I made it through the first month and this was my results. A slight tightening and firming of my tummy, thighs and waist.

Christmas

We were lucky to be able to spend Christmas in Provo with our families. Lydia was absolutely spoiled. We had a Christmas eve lunch with my parents and grandparents and then Christmas eve dinner with Mitchel's family and Christmas day with his family as well. here are some pictures..

Halloween

We had a great time around Halloween!!
Just before Halloween we went as a family to the American West Heritage Center here in Logan.
First we got our wrist bands and went to the pony area, Lydia was scared at first but we calmed her down and in the end she LOVED the ponies!!

We also went on a mini train ride, a giant slide, and last of all a corn maze.
Mitch had us go in the maze through the exit and once we were all the way in we started asking Lydia which way to go. She led us in circles for a quite a while before we took over again and got out. It was so much fun doing something as a family!!

We took Lydia to Mimis house and went back so we could go through the haunted forest. There was lots of screaming and a little bit of running!! At the end we had a little snack and headed out to get lydia! That was the best Halloween fun I've had in a long time!!


On Halloween day Lydia and I went trick or treating at a local grocery store. They gave out chocolate milk, string cheese, cookies, toothbrushes, apples, and juice. Next we went to the mall, met up with her friend Tristan and got a couple of candies.
We waited for Mitch to come home and started heading out, we were not out long and decided to only hit one street in our ward but Lydia still got lots of candy.
